Medication to stop bleeding from wounds for Ukrainians

Our Dr Jasmina Dedic-Hagan has requested urgent supplies of intravenous Tranexamic acid (TXA) injections to help stop bleeding in wounded soldiers and civillians in Ukraine. This is the best method we have to help save young peoples lives.  Casualties are anticipated by Medics4Ukraine over the coming weeks with the Ukranian counteroffensive.

Due to the generous support, we have reached our inital target to supply 5,000 doses of TXA. We are now fundraising for a second shipment of TXA.

Please donate.

We have corresponded with a medication distributor to help us source their reliable product to be sent directly to Ukraine and we have Dr Jasmina on the ground to verify the arrival of the product to Medics4Ukraine.

Please help us to achieve this financially if you are able and let us know if you would be ok with being publicly recognised for your contribution. Any funds donated will be 100% spent on the actual product being purchased and postage to have them sent to Ukraine. We will not deduct any costs associateed with organising this and Gore Street Medical will also contribute to the purchases.

If you would like to help in other ways such as with your skills in fundraising and organising aid logistics then please contact the Clinic Director Dr Reinhard Hemm via info@gorestreetmedical.com.au.

Please share this with others.

Gore Street Medical does not fund any lethal aid, we are only trying to save lives.

Very inspiring actions Dr Dedic-Hagan. Your reminders that little actions matter are very apt, as most people , including myself, don't really know where to start. I hope you will remain safe as you travel. Kind regards, Siok

Thank you for what you are doing. I was a new GP in the UK when the Bosnian war started and found the news and images at that time devastating - but at a distance those images don't stay with you forever. I am impressed Jasmina, by your strength in facing what you are seeing every day. God be with you.
